Rajesh Dempo is the founder and Managing Director of Dempo Vision Group.  A 3rd Generation entrepreneur and member of an industrious family of Goa. Mr. Dempo completed Bachelor of Commerce from University of Mumbai. After completing masters in United Kingdom, he returned to Goa and joined Aparant Iron & Steel Pvt. Ltd (A Dempo Group of Company) as a management trainee and rose up the ladder to Head Business Development & Corporate Affairs. Thereafter he founded Vision Dempo Hospitality & Estates Pvt. Ltd. and led the group to strategically diversify into various industries such as Real Estate, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education and Entertainment. He is a passionate leader and has established one of the most successful organisations in Goa. Among the other Dempo group companies, he is also Director on Board of Goa Carbon Ltd. which is a public listed company on BSE & NSE and is the second largest producer of Calcined Petroleum Coke in India.
